Bath and Body Works Wallflowers – Aromatherapy at its finest!

I am not a big fan of Autumn, everything is dying and the days are getting colder. But, I do love the wonderful smells of the season! Spicy apples, cider, & pumpkin – scents that make us think of baking and cozy fires. I am a fan of cozy scents – so give me some autumn aromatherapy!

Life is so hectic – who has the time to bake and create those scents naturally. So, enter in the aromatherapy products, fall editions – you know, the baking smells. You can burn scented candles, use potpourri, or use the wax tarts (great, because there is no smoke. But that is another post). All of these great products will give your home that cozy, somethings baking smell.

My favorite aromatherapy product is the Bath and Body Works Wallflowers (I like the Spiced Cider). They plug into the wall and fill my house with a wonderful scent. If you stock up when they are on sale you can save a bundle, because they can get expensive!

The scent can be a little strong in a small room, so I have a little trick that helps with both the overwhelming smell and the cost. It is quite simple really. When I was putting away my holiday decorations last year, I noticed I had several plug in timers that I used for lights. So, I decided to try plugging my Wallflower into a timer unit. I have the timer set to turn on for about 6 hours a day. It turns on a little before we get home from work and then turns off around bedtime. Just enough time to make the house smell wonderful while we are there, and then the product doesn’t go to waste when we aren’t! The refills last 2 to 3 times longer with this method.

FINAL OPINION What can I say – I love this product. Yes, it is a little more expensive than the grocery store version of plug in air freshener. But, the quality is much better in my opinion. The scents are genuine, and almost mouthwatering. It is the best aromatherapy!
